This site is run by Zip Capital dba Zip Home Sale. It explains how we work and lets you ask for an offer on your property. Nothing on the site is an offer to buy any property. An offer only exists once it is in writing and signed.

SMS Text Messaging Terms

Our website form includes two separate, optional SMS consent checkboxes, and neither is ever pre-checked. The first covers non-marketing text messages from Zip Capital about your property inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and transaction updates. The second, collected separately, covers marketing text messages about home-buying offers, service updates, and related promotions. You may check either box, both, or neither; consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale, and no SMS is sent unless you check the corresponding box.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. We will confirm your opt-out with one final message and then stop.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
